Akoustix Soundproofing Delivery Charges

How much?

Parcels: £14.99 (up to 15 small items, after which a single pallet is required)

Single Pallet: £60

Double Pallet: £90 (required for overlay flooring, structural flooring, joist hoods and Soundbloc)

All delivery charges are displayed at the checkout based upon quantities and product types ordered.

Where to?

We are currently only able to deliver to mainland UK destinations.

How long?

2-3 working days on orders received before 2:00pm

2-4 working days on orders received after 2:00pm

Between 8am and 5pm on day of delivery

Will I receive tracking information?

Parcels: Yes, if you provide us with an email address and mobile telephone number.

Pallet: We don't provide tracking information, but we will let you know we're going to deliver approximately one hour in advance.

Delivery Issues: If we encounter any problems with your order, we will endeavour to inform you within 24 hours of you placing your order.

What do I need to do?

All deliveries must be signed for.

We are unable to enter private residences.

Single pallets: dropped kerbside

Double pallets: you will need to provide two people to carry out manual offload.

Who pays for the cost of delivery?

You will have to arrange and pay for the return delivery, if the goods are simply unwanted or unused.

Are there any exclusions from your returns policy?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of any product or material that has been used or installed. We also cannot accept any returns for goods that have been cut to order (i.e. not one of our standard sizes).
